My credit card was charged more than once, how do I get a credit?

Please note that $1 authorizations are NOT charges to your account, and therefore, do not constitute a double billing. A single billing may consist of multiple authorizations.
If you have received more than one receipt, please contact the Snoop Dogg Support Team and we will promptly issue you the credit(s).

How much is Shipping & Handling?

Customers are able to see the Shipping & Handling totaled at the "Check Out" screen before any credit card information is entered.

When will my order ship?
April 13, 2010 0 CommentsAll USPS, FedEx 2nd Day Air and FedEX Overnight orders are processed and shipped within one (1) to three (3) business days during our standard business hours of 10am to 6pm PST Monday-Friday.
The typical delivery timeframe for USPS is three (3) to ten (10) business days after the order is processed and shipped.
The typical delivery timeframe for FedEx does not include the processing and shipping timeframe and also depends on the service selected.
Shipping may be slightly delayed on US holidays and weekends.

Why is my Apartment/Suite Number missing from my e-mail confirmation?

If you have entered your complete address during the registration process, rest assured that your entire address has been entered in to our system.

Can I return/exchange sale items?
April 13, 2010 0 CommentsAll sale items will be final unless product received is damaged. Then, and only then, will an exchange for the exact same item be allowed within a 10-15 day time frame.

Why isn't my US credit card being accepted?
April 13, 2010 0 CommentsThe first thing that you should check is that the Billing Address you entered into the checkout form matches the Mailing Address on your credit card statement. If it doesn’t match exactly, then your order cannot be processed.
Second, please be sure your credit card has credit available. If you are still having difficulty ordering, please contact the noop Dogg Support Team and a representative will assist you further.

Why isn't my International credit card being accepted?

Non-U.S. banks/issuers of credit cards do not support electronic address verification systems (AVS), which are used to help prevent credit card fraud. Authorizations are normally processed manually with a phone call placed by the merchant.The Jesse Mac Store Support Team does not make phone calls to obtain authorizations. Additionally, The Jesse Mac Store Support Team does not accept credit card information directly for processing. Please do not email your credit card information to the Support Team.
If you receive repeated error messages regarding verification of your address, please make certain that the address you are entering into the registration form for "Billing Address" is exactly the same as the address where the credit card statements are received.
If you are sure that the address you are using is correct, and you are still receiving an error message, please contact the Support Team for further assistance.

I've received an Address Verification error, what do I do?
April 13, 2010 0 CommentsIf you have received an error message when attempting to complete the registration process which states "We could not verify your Address/Zip Code. Please re-check your information and try again" AND you have tried entering your Billing Address exactly as it is displayed on your credit card statement, please try one of the following workarounds:
-- If your Billing Address uses a PO Box, please try entering the box number first. For example: "PO Box 123" should be entered as "123 PO Box"
-- If your Billing Address contains an Apartment/Suite Number, please try combining the Street Number and Apartment/Suite Number. For example: "12 Apple Street Apt 3C" should be entered as "123 C Apple Street"
